I consider myself a Generalist Practitioner who has worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, domestic violence, difficulty adjusting to various situational stresses, eating disorders, grief and loss, and trauma. I currently work with adults, couples, and geriatric populations. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My approach to therapy is strength-based, holistic and direct vs. a non-directive approach.
