I am an experienced therapist with over 20 years of experience helping adults in the areas of anxiety, insomnia, anger management and career counseling.

These are some common concerns I hear from clients. We will work together to make sense of these experiences and plan a way toward the goals you want to reach.
You can expect to take away from our sessions a sense of relief from overwhelming emotions or unhelpful thinking patterns. You can also expect to take away a plan for doing better and perspective on the best way to navigate your current concerns. I can provide as much structure as you need, including helpful workbooks or specialized treatment plans.
