My goal is to help you strengthen the relationship with yourself, so you can create the life you want. By becoming the observer of your inner mental world, you can gain insight and understanding of beliefs, thoughts, and feelings that create discomfort (anxiety, sadness, fear) in your life.
Through the therapeutic process, you will learn coping skills for navigating intense feelings, like anger or anxiety, so they do not control your behavior. You can identify boundaries you might need and rewrite disempowering narratives that lead to anxiety, sadness, or conflict with others.
Utilizing mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, I strive to empower the client with positive coping skills and increased self-awareness. As an animal lover, I relate easily to people who value the human and animal connection.
