I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing telehealth services to women coping with stress, anxiety, and depression during the perinatal period and early years of parenthood.

My goal is to provide compassionate support to women through various life transitions by offering space to talk about your experiences, receive emotional support, and connect with what is important to you. There are many challenging experiences in the transition to motherhood and early parenthood years, and gaining added support may help you feel better about coping with the many pressures and demands you experience.

My practice supports women during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond who are experiencing anxiety/panic, depression, irritability/anger, guilt, grief, isolation, and caregiving stressors. I also support women (age 18+) coping with anxiety, sleep difficulties, or stress associated with various other life transitions (e.g., school, work, relationships). I utilize CBT and ACT modalities including mindfulness and self-compassion to help with managing difficult emotions and experiences. I look forward to connecting with you and helping to support you in your therapy goals.
