About me
I am an experienced mental health counseling in the state of Illinois working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialized with depression, anxiety, trauma informed care, and life transitions.
I prefer to take a whole person approach and let my clients guide their own treatment. I use various therapeutic approaches including client centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma informed care. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings including 8 years of crisis work within Chicago and the surrounding suburban communities and inpatient behavioral health setting. I also have worked in outpatient for majority of of my counseling career. I strive to meet my clients where they are at and to help them to find a safe place to process their stressors.
