About me
This is my 7th year as a licensed professional counselor, I specialize in helping individuals that are struggling with trauma, anxiety and self-esteem.
I approach our therapeutic relationship as partnership. We work together to understand your world, what barriers you are facing, and where you would like go. I help clients find their strengths and values so they can build the future they want. I am trained in Adlerian Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma informed care. The foundation to my practice is that all people are their own expert but all people at some point in their lives need support in order to find clarity.
