I support adults who seek healing from damaging relationships with narcissistic or otherwise emotionally dysfunctional parents, family members, and/or romantic partners.

Whether you’ve been affected by well-meaning but emotionally under-developed parents, or put through the ringer by a toxic narcissist in your life, I’m here to help you navigate managing and recovering from these impactful relationships. Frequently this involves learning how to better set boundaries, pick your battles, clarify your most important needs and relationship requirements, and refocus on yourself.

In some cases, you may decide a relationship is so harmful that you need to reduce or end contact with someone (temporarily or longterm). People don’t make these decisions lightly, and the change can be very difficult. It’s important during this time to have steady support and consistent validation of your right to make careful decisions about who you spend time with.
