About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and my intention is to meet clients wherever they are in their journey, providing a non-judgmental and supportive environment as they navigate through the unexpected twists and turns that can occur in life.
As a client, I highly value your time and money, and the goal is to be as structured and goal-oriented as possible. Aside from employing strengths-based, trauma-informed, modalities, I also specialized in focusing on systems theory, which takes an comprehensive approach to explore the framework of the occurring concerns or problems. I assist individuals in investigating the underlying forces of all relationships in their lives, including relationships with the family of origin, intimate relationships, friendships, social status, and most significantly, the existing relationship within the clients themselves.
