When encountering challenging life transitions, unexpected circumstances, and difficult personal struggles, the stressors and uncertainties that we deal with can often leave us feeling un-grounded and off-center. Sometimes, we may find ourselves stuck in a place that does not resonate with the vision we have of our most healthy and whole selves. Particularly during these times, I believe that being able to find and work with a therapist whose approach matches our needs can provide long-term benefits in our ability to establish and/or reconnect with our internal sense of strength, healing, fulfillment and emotional wellness.

My therapeutic approach stems from a deep respect that I have for the resilience and capacity for change that I see, time and time again, in clients with whom I work. In session, we explore how experiences and personal operating principals shape my clients’ existing perspectives, and then utilize this understanding to achieve the shifts/growth they seek.
I work with clients struggling with depression, trauma, grief/loss, stress management and navigation through life transitions. Together, we find ways to leverage personal strengths, address barriers and undesired patterns, and co-create a path toward achieving optimal health and wellness, according to each client's unique sense of grounding and core values.
