About me
I am a family system therapist who enjoys working with individuals, couples and families, specializing in anxiety, attachment and behavior disorders using EMDR and unique style of CBT and play therapy
Focusing on the family system and attachment styles. I have a more direct approach and enjoy employing my personal style using humor and play therapy to teach and understand concepts and skills. I involve parents in the therapy process and teach effective parenting skills along the way. I have years of experience and training and love my work. For enjoyment I work out, run and love reading fantasy and fiction. I am married with 4 children and a grundle of little grandkids.
