Most of my experience has been with those those who experience anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. Emotional dysregulation is when someone has trouble identifying and controlling their emotions, and responding to them appropriately.
I have worked in social services since 2006 and I have been a therapist since 2016. I work with clients through a very person-centered modality meaning that I work with the client to form their treatment plan to ensure that we focus on your biggest concerns, From there, I use an eclectic model, pulling from varying theories including Solution-Focused, CBT, DBT, and Gestalt. I also work through a trauma-informed lense.
