About me
I am an experienced licensed social worker who specializes in working with adults who have suffered trauma and it's effects like anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other symptoms.
I believe in an eclectic client centered approach incorporating the whole person, mind body and spirit. I utilize various modalities of treatment like cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies with a strong emphasis on mindfulness. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) to assist people with processing through adversities they faced that impacted functioning. I offer both virtual and in person sessions.
