I am a Cape Cod based LICSW with many years of experience helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.
We unknowingly invite tremendous pain into our lives as a result of self shaming for our past experiences and through fear based predictions of what the future holds. We tend to relentlessly find fault with ourselves and others through these habitual ways of seeing resulting in ongoing suffering. This fuels feelings of unworthiness which keeps us stuck, hopeless, and disconnected from ourselves and those we care for.
I will teach you effective strategies to challenge these patterns and empower you to move meaningfully towards living your best life as you envision it. I utilize solution focused, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness based stress reduction approaches to inform treatment.
