About me

I am an experienced male counselor who specializes in helping men and teens working through depression, anxiety, and excessive anger.

It’s hard to find a place to think and speak freely without fear of judgment or condemnation. My goal as a therapist is to help you find the time and tools you need to create the life you want. While I work with individuals of all genders across a wide variety of areas, I specialize in working with men and male teens who feel frustrated or dissatisfied in their life. The men I work with are commonly navigating issues such work problems, relationships, fatherhood, life adjustments, medical complications, trauma, grief, anger, anxiety, and depression. I use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help men regain control and peace in their lives.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor I’ve worked in a variety of settings including Partial Hospitalization Programs for adults, teens and kids as well as providing crisis counseling and evaluations in Emergency Rooms. I also have experience working with active duty military members and their families. I use online therapy to give my clients flexibility and privacy so that they can prioritize the most important parts of their lives. You can meet around your work schedule and never have to worry about running into someone you know at a counseling office.

If life feels overwhelming or if you’re feeling stuck and trying to find the path forward. I would be glad to be a part of your journey. I am currently accepting new clients.
