I'm passionate about life transitions, grief & loss, career counseling, work stress, the LGBTQIA+ community, navigating sexual orientation & gender identity, shame, relationship dynamics (monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous), mood disorders, depression, anxiety, adult children of alcoholics, substance use, addictions, spirituality, and religious trauma.
