Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am an experienced psychologist committed to providing compassionate and high-quality services to help you with life’s challenges. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties, develop healthy coping skills, build meaningful social connections, and discover the path to restoration and growth.
I am a licensed bilingual psychologist with 15 years of experience working in private practice. I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various mental health settings. I provide individual and family therapy to clients for a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, grief/trauma, adjusting to life changes, occupational stress, postpartum depression, as well as family/parenting challenges.
My treatment approach is strength-based and integrative. It often draws on cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, dialectical behavioral therapy, as well as interpersonal and systems theory. I believe that treatment plans should be flexible and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. I view therapy as a collaborative process that enables clients to gain perspective on their emotions, beliefs, relationships, and behaviors.
My goal is to provide a warm and accepting environment that you can work towards creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I help my clients in becoming experts about themselves through education, insight building, and development of healthy coping and communication skills. My clinical services have extended to clients with all types of concerns and from various ages, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
