About me
I am an experienced Mental Health Counselor providing counseling services for 25+ years in private practice supporting individuals, families and couples cope with life challenges that have become difficult and/or overwhelming. Together we set realistic goals and develop skills to assist with uncovering strengths, resilience, and talents to allow movement towards positive change. I work with diverse populations and issues, including, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, substance abuse, and self-esteem. I look forward to assisting you in your journey to being the person you want to be.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The focus is on looking at your current situation, determining what isn't working for you and helping you set a new framework to increase life satisfaction. I have afternoon and evening hours for those who work during the day and would rather not take time off from work.
