Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
As a therapist, my passion rests in encouraging and empowering individuals, couples, families & professionals to live to their fullest potential.
My life’s mantra comes from the words of Oprah Winfrey, “When we know better, we do better.” As a therapist, my goal is to share the tools and resources needed to change individuals for the better. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Master of Social Work from Tennessee State University. I am a licensed master clinician with 20 years of experience, advocacy and leadership in the field of social work. My core practice includes a focus on individuals, couples and families utilizing Dialectical Behavior, Solution Focused, and Trauma Informed Therapies. I also specialize in the empowerment of Women and the LGBTQ Community.
As a consultant, I provide emotional well-being support to professionals through Clinical Training, Strategic Planning and Crisis Debriefing. I also share about the importance of mental health wellness through educational awareness and resources to the community. Outside of my work as a mental health professional, I'm a wife and mother and I enjoy reading and live music.
