I bring a creative and spiritual approach to counseling and life journey mentoring. I speak plainly and with compassion. I help you recognize the patterns of thoughts and behaviors that have shaped your life thus far. My practice uses Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS) as well as other expressive and trauma informed therapies.

My practice setting is unique. I practice in a little building near a stream. The setting is relaxed and peaceful. It's not unusual to see a deer walk outside the window. My clients say the beauty and quiet inspires them. And, I always offer you a cup of tea! I also offer teletherapy visits for those who prefer to connect virtually.

My specialties include depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, sexual & domestic abuse, infertility, post partum, divorce recovery and life transitions. I teach clients how to handle tough feelings and create more satisfying relationships. It's not just about what has happened; it's about how we can best respond and grow going forward.
