Mary Ann Sengstack, MSW, LCSW, is dedicated to helping individuals and families explore themselves through their environment to manage emotional difficulties and facilitate healthy change and personal growth.

Mary Ann Sengstack, MSW, LCSW received her Masters of Social Work degree (MSW) from Rutgers Graduate School of Social Work in New Brunswick, NJ. She completed her graduate level internship at Ocean Mental Health Services, Inc., providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples to learn ways to effectively manage symptoms of, but not limited to: Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and relationship conflicts, as well as helping families learn ways to effectively manage child and adolescent behavior problems

Mary Ann Sengstack, MSW, LCSW received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in New Brunswick, NJ. During her undergraduate studies, she completed her internship at Lacey Township Middle School, allowing her to work closely with the Child Study Team developing and revising students' Individual Education Plans (IEP), while also helping students develop strategies and skills to manage learning difficulties and create fulfilling and healthy social relationships. Concurrently, she volunteered for the Association of Retarded Citizens' (Arc) Recreation Program, for which she was awarded the "Volunteer of the Year" award.
