About me

I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who specializes in improving relationships, processing past trauma, and exploring questions of identity.

Whether you are struggling in your important relationships, trying to cope with the impact of past trauma, or exploring questions of gender and sexuality, searching for a therapist is a courageous first step toward building the life you've been wishing for. I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals of all ages, and I am here to support you on your journey toward a better life. I offer a place to explore your questions, hopes, struggles, and joys in the context of a safe, connected relationship free of judgment.
A session with me might include talking through a problem or conflict, working through past trauma using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), creating a model of a current issue in the sand tray, or expressing emotions with art.
Together, we can identify your goals and work on an individualized treatment plan to help you move toward those goals and improve your daily life. I offer therapy in both English and French. Finding the right therapist can be challenging, so please call or email me to set up your free consultation!
