About me
I specialize in working adults (18+) who are seeking to better understand and manage stress, anxiety and depression, or process thoughts and feelings pertaining to life transitions, identity, race and culture.
Life can feel overwhelming at times! Sometimes, we are broadsided by events that are beyond our ability to cope. Other times, we may find ourselves in a mental fog after carrying a concern for far too long. Improving mental and emotional clarity is so important.
My approach to therapy encompasses warmth, empathy, humor, and effective techniques to assist you in working through concerns that have left you feeling stagnant, discouraged or unfulfilled. Together, we will work to create positive and lasting change in your life.
Whether your concern is something that you have been wrestling with for quite some time or a recent hurdle that has crossed your path, being able to process your concerns honestly in a nonjudgmental space is important and I look forward to meeting with you.
