About me
As a bilingual Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a Masters in professional Counseling, I specialize in helping my clients heal from trauma.
Have you experienced trauma at any point in your life? Without the right guidance and healing, the effects of trauma can block you from living the life you were meant to enjoy. I create and deliver a therapeutic environment that provides a warm and comfortable feeling to my clients, and honors this first step they are taking. With a passion to serve others, I work with clients from all types of backgrounds and journeys.
In sessions, I utilize Eclectic Therapy; this approach draws from various modalities, providing the flexibility to tailor the sessions to fit each individual's specific needs and goals. I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. My clients learn to identify their inner child and the adult self.
I'm dedicated to helping individuals facilitate their personal growth & unlock their full potential, so they can thrive in all aspects of their lives. My professional goal is to provide support & guidance during the healing journey, & often a transformation takes place.
