I am Dr. Marsha Chase and I specialize in helping others process through trauma and attachment disruptions while coping with feelings of anxiety, depression, and anger.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Life Coach with almost 10 years of experience helping children, adolescents, families, and couples from a diverse background. I completed my Doctor of Philosophy degree at Northcentral University in the Marriage and Family Therapy program specializing in Child and Adolescent Therapy with a focus on trauma and attachment disruptions.
I have an online practice called Chase Your Hopes and Dreams MFT where I practice and offer teletherapy sessions through video and phone. You will also have secure messaging in the event that something comes up during the off hours.
I have training in Solutions Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other strengths based therapies and my specializations include, child and adolescent therapy, trauma therapy, attachment disruptions, anxiety, depression, anger management, family, and couples and marital therapy.
