I am a highly educated and experienced psychologist. I hold Postdoctoral Diplomas in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and in Group Psychotherapy. I seek to help adults reduce home and work stress, improve communication skills, and develop a sense of emotional and physical well being .

Anxiety, depression, or health issues can result from day to day challenges or unrepaired past hurts. I seek to help you understand yourself and others while addressing unsatisfying family relationships, job or school demands, or marital conflicts. I encourage you to recognize and further develop your strengths and develop healthy coping strategies. If change is necessary I will support you and help you weigh your alternatives. Infidelity, family discord, or job issues can leave you feeling dissatisfied or trapped. I encourage couples to focus on their assets and develop balance between their emotional and physical needs and the demands of work and family. Doing so can increase your emotional bank account and create an improved sense of emotional and physical well being. I am also experienced in working with intergenerational family problems, and issues related to infertility, the impact of aging, and loss and various medical conditions.
