Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
My practice is gentle and focused on supporting you in helping yourself. I do not diagnose or label. Instead, I am only concerned with what happened, and how to help you figure out where to go from here.
Maybe you feel stuck and unsure how to navigate a life transition or adjustment. I have assisted hundreds of clients and families on a spiritual journey of recovery from addiction, codependency, trauma and grief. I offer supportive counseling and empowerment by promoting self-help and self-compassion. Additionally, I offer couple and family sessions to help clients with boundaries, honesty and the ability to see things differently.
Supportive counseling sessions are online and allows you the comfort of being in your own home or in any space where you have privacy. Counseling sessions can be one time, as needed, or ongoing. You decide.
