About me
My practice is gentle and focused on supporting you in helping yourself. I do not diagnose or label unless it is useful in an educational way. Instead, I am more concerned with what is happening in the here-and-now, what happened before, and in helping you figure out "what now?".
Maybe you feel stuck and unsure how to navigate a life transition or adjustment. I have assisted hundreds of clients and families on a spiritual journey of recovery from addiction, codependency, trauma and grief.
I offer supportive counseling and empowerment by promoting self-help and self-compassion.
Additionally, I work with couples and families to help clients with boundaries, honesty, and the ability to see things differently.
Supportive counseling sessions are online and allow you the comfort of being in your own home or in any space where you have privacy. Counseling sessions can be one time, as needed, or ongoing. You decide.
