I am an experienced trauma therapist who is dedicated helping BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and others heal from past hurts.
I specialize in treating PTSD, specifically caused by sexual abuse, domestic violence, racism, and sexual orientation discrimination. I also treat depression, anxiety, parenting, and women’s issues. I have a heart for serving urban communities and strive to make therapy accessible to my community. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative and I honor the uniqueness of every client I serve. I utilize TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, wellness, and holistic approaches.
