In my practice I enjoy working with those who may have a variety of concerns, including issues associated with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, intimate partner violence and other mental health related concerns. I am currently accepting those who can pay through a sliding scale or Medicaid and taking a waitlist for those wishing to use insurance, as I can accept insurance starting January 1, 2023.

I utilize a variety of techniques to help create space for healing. These methods include narrative and acceptance therapies that provide insight for the individual and shows them how they can change their life.

I believe through a therapeutic relationship that individuals can have a safe space to explore their life and learn skills and ways to become the people they want to be. Through looking at how we relate to others, how we understand ourselves and also through the narratives of our lives, people can change to their ideal selves.

I am finishing my MSW December 2022 and acting under a Non-Licensed, Non-Certified Psychotherapist roster,
