About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed to practice in New York, with over 6 years of experiences in the field of mental health and addictions. I have worked with clients with a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, couples and family relationships as well as the challenges related to parenting. I have also worked with individuals affected by trauma and both emotional and physical abuse.
My therapy style is both warm and interactive. My desire for each client is for them to realize their value as a person and to treat each individual with respect, dignity, compassion and sensitivity. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive processing theory, and solution-focused therapy with a strengths-based approach. I will tailor the your treatment plan to meet your specific need so you can move toward reaching your goal.
Seeking help and desiring change requires strength and courage. You have already taken the first step to a better tomorrow by reaching out. If you are ready to take the next step toward a happier and more fulfilling life, I will be here to support and empower you on your journey.
I look forward to working with you!
