I have nearly 30 years of clinical and related experience. I began my career as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged after six years of service. I returned to school as serving in the armed forces and was awarded a Master’s Degree in family therapy from Hahnemann/Drexel University in 1994. I am currently a licensed family therapist in Washington and Ohio. I provide couple, marriage, and family therapy on the Olympic Peninsula. I also provide distance therapy (telemental health) to persons living in Washington and Ohio.
I am also a Clinical Fellow with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and an Approved Supervisor by AAMFT. I teach, supervise students and provisionally licensed therapists.
I have nearly thirty years of clinical, educational and administrative experience in a variety of medical, university, behavioral health, governmental, tribal and substance abuse treatment settings
I am surrounded by my wife, two dogs, three cats and a flock of chickens. I have authored several books, is am an avid outdoors person and old wooden boat enthusiast.
