About me
My goal is to guide clients to an acceptance of themselves, and an ability to make positive changes. I assist clients to discover meaning in life, even when life is painful. I have over 30 years experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds, experiencing depression, anxiety, loss, and medical issues. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology, and I have a Masters Degree in Counseling. My counseling orientation includes CBT (cognitive-behavioral-therapy), DBT (dialectical- behavior-therapy), existential, and Jungian Analysis. I also work with dreams from a Jungian perspective.
