Life has its challenges, you don't need to go through them alone. I believe that each person deserves a space to heal, recharge, and work towards becoming their best self. I provide this space by creating a warm, nonjudgemental, and empowering environment that allows you to process your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I make sure their a strong relationship with all my clients and emphasize that you are the expert of your own life. I want to work with you to strengthen your sense of self, discover unknown parts of yourself and cultivate confidence!
I have experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. I draw upon relational and experiential approaches while integrating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral and dialectal behavioral interventions. In my sessions, you can expect warmth, compassion, curiosity, and positive energy. I am trained and specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life + career transitions, depression, and women's issues.
