I am an experienced psychologist who is passionate about helping gifted and neurodivergent individuals feel empowered and embrace their whole selves through recovery from trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Hello! I have been a licensed psychologist in Missouri since 2015. I am a PSYPACT provider, so I am able to provide services to clients who reside in a participating state (please visit my website or the PSYPACT website to view the current participating states). I started my own practice, called Gifted Healing, in 2021 in order to focus on helping gifted and neurodivergent individuals on their healing journey.

I work with individuals 13 and up. I am out-of-network with all insurances. I offer telehealth and face-to-face appointments (Nixa, MO).

I am twice-exceptional myself which gives me an extra layer of insight into the experiences of gifted and neurodivergent individuals. I specialize in guiding individuals who are looking to heal from trauma, intrusive negative thoughts and emotions, and understand themselves better. I adapt each person's therapy to their specific situation, strengths, and needs. I value honesty and mutual respect in the client-therapist relationship.

- You are often told how smart you are, but you think you’ve just managed to fool everyone and are worried that one day they’ll see the “real” you.
- You are a naturally excitable and passionate person, even if you don’t always show it on the outside.
- You are tired from looking at everything from multiple perspectives and through different lenses so much that you aren’t sure what you think anymore.
- People often tell you to “stop thinking about it so much,” but your thoughts don’t stop. You’re not sure you could even imagine a mind where nothing is happening.

My clients often have goals of feeling like they are a whole person (again), wanting to know themselves better, wanting to gain confidence or communicate more effectively with others, and wanting to release themselves from past painful memories and/or experiences.
