Hello,
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with over 25 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. I have also helped those struggling with addiction.
My therapeutic work is grounded in understanding each person's unique story, honoring their individual strengths, and collaboratively developing strategies that promote emotional wellness and personal transformation. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, rational emotive, solution- focused, and motivational interviewing therapy.
