About me
Every one of us struggles, but not everyone has a nonjudgmental and safe space to be vulnerable, I can provide that space for you. Many people go through life affected by mental and emotional issues, suffering alone and in silence, often paralyzed by their sadness and fears. Some people have trouble dealing with day-to-day struggles or unresolved past traumas, and everything in between. Life is unpredictable and we all process our experiences differently. Personal change and growth is often necessary in order to successfully navigate life and there is no shame in needing and asking for help along the way.
I promise to offer unconditional understanding and acceptance regardless of your therapy needs. I will strive to develop a positive therapeutic relationship with you as we work together to define therapy goals and personalize a treatment plan to help you gain the skills and tools necessary to begin to live life on your terms.
I typically employ cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused therapy, among other individually tailored approaches. I know that admitting you need help can be difficult; it takes bravery and strength, so reach out now and make that appointment! I look forward to embarking on this healing journey with you.
