About me
I'm a bilingual English/Spanish therapist dedicated to supporting healing and growth. I specialize in working with diverse individuals, including the BIPOC community, to create a safe, empowering space for transformation.
Taking that first step towards therapy can be daunting, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to seek support. Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. I believe that within each person lies the strength to overcome life’s challenges, and my role as your therapist is to walk alongside you as we tap into that potential together. My practice is trauma-informed and deeply person-centered, meaning your safety, comfort, and collaboration are at the forefront of our work. I’m here to help you not just cope but thrive—whether that means building resilience, fostering self-compassion, or navigating life’s complexities with more confidence.

I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My eclectic approach allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic techniques, and strength-based methods. I'm also EMDR-trained.
I understand that reaching out can feel intimidating, but it’s a powerful act of self-care and empowerment. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you on this path of healing and growth. Let’s work together to help you move toward the life you envision.
