About me
I am a seasoned psychotherapist who is dedicated in assisting folks on their healing journey. As the picture demonstrates, I am casual, approachable, and delight in walking with others on their journey to health.
Educated as a Marriage and Family therapist, Registered Nurse, and Chemical Dependency Counselor, I practice under the License of a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a trauma informed therapist who sees individuals, couples, and families using state of the art approaches to address trauma. and other life controlling issues. For example, I utilize EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, and a relatively new approach called Adaptive Internal Relational Network or AIR . Drawing on a multitude of other therapeutic modalities. I can negotiate a treatment plan with you that is specifically designed to fit your specific goals.
I also supervise mental health postgraduates towards licensure. And sometimes mental health interns finishing their degree. It is especially life giving to watch them grow personally, refine their skills, and become the best therapist they can be.
