If you don't have a connection with your therapist, you won't be able to make the progress that you are hoping to achieve. I help individuals identify the source of their challenges and collaborate with them to develop appropriate and positive coping strategies to overcome these challenges. I specialize in helping individuals address issues rather than symptoms. Symptoms can come and go but the issues will remain until they are addressed effectively. Taking that first step towards healing is often the most challenging but I will be there to guide you along the way. I am dedicated to helping individuals grow and become aware of their full potential. My desire is to work with individuals from all backgrounds. It would be a privilege to take this journey with you.
