About me
I'm a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in anxiety and trauma focused therapy, along with evaluation and treatment of neurodivergent conditions (i.e., ADHD and ASD)
Is the stress of your life overwhelming you? Or has a past experience left you stuck and unable to move forward? You're likely fed up with how anxiety or trauma have crippled your ability to function in everyday life, isolating you from others, and leaving you feeling trapped or hopeless. You might not even remember a time you didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to feel confident again. You’re ready to experience a sense of ease. Most of all, you’re ready to reclaim a sense of control over your life.
Clients come to me looking for a therapist who "gets" what happened to them on a deeper level, because therapy should be a place where you feel safe and understood. Sessions with me are focused on giving you the resources you need to be successful in taking control of your life again, always at a pace you feel in control of and comfortable with.
As an experienced anxiety and trauma focused therapist, I believe that everyone can heal and reclaim control over their lives. You don’t have to continue feeling overwhelmed or trapped, and you don’t have to do it alone. Contact me today for a free consultation, or visit my website for additional information.
