About me
I am a bilingual and bicultural Mexican-American Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas with 13 years of experience in the mental health field, serving both English and Spanish-speaking populations.
My work experience includes administering and interpreting psychological evaluation, screenings, intakes, treatment plans, performing risk assessments, and crisis intervention. I have worked with traditionally marginalized populations at the individual, couple, and group therapy levels.
It has been my passion to work with underserved populations to bridge the gap, provide access to healthcare services, and provide them with quality care that encompasses the whole person and system. I hope you find the best fit for you, as it is vital to a good relationship with your therapist. Wishing you all the best.
I am trained as a generalist and work with most adult concerns. I meet you where you are and search for that which empowers you to lead the way. My theoretical orientation is psychodynamic, client-centered, and trauma-informed.
