Therapy can help you see things from a new perspective and give you the guidance and support to make the changes in your life that can lead to personal empowerment and growth. I have an eclectic style that incorporates CBT, Positive Psychology and Solution Focused Therapy that will help you make changes in your life by building upon your strengths. I look forward to talking with you about your goals and challenges. I offer virtual mental health appointments throughout Nevada with specific focus on treatment for many concerns including but not limited to: Anxiety, Interpersonal Struggles, Relationship Issues, Life Transitions, Personal Growth, Family Conflict, Self-Esteem and ACoA - Adult Children of Alcoholics.
