I am a trauma informed therapist who uses EMDR and somatic practices to guide people in their healing

I offer clients trauma treatments through online therapy to offer relief and healing from adverse experiences of the past, that are negatively impacting the present. I leverage an integrative approach that includes EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), mindfulness, and somatic or body awareness techniques.

I believe in the beauty and power of humanity. We are a fascinating species who are able to create and live extraordinary lives. However, along the way we can be derailed from our journey. This can occur for a variety of reasons, such as challenges in relationships, difficult life experiences, unexpected tragedies, internal conflicts, and new self realizations.

Being derailed or knocked down is not the end of the story. Humans are resilient, and we have an innate ability to get back up. Sometimes we can do it alone and other times we need the help of others. This is where I step in and partner with you to address your situation. Together we will work with your individual experience to find ways that support your healing and help you to repair your circumstances.
