My name is Mandy Kary, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Finding Peace Therapy LLC. Finding Peace Therapy LLC is a new telehealth practice where services are offered via a secure and HIPPA compliant online telehealth platform. I can see clients via telehealth from anywhere in the state of Kansas.
At Finding Peace Therapy I want to help you find peace with past experiences, as well as the present, while figuring out which path is right for you. Wherever you are in life is a great starting point, each person is different in many ways and that is why therapy is always individualized. I focus on helping clients become more mindful of their thoughts, feelings, and environment while identifying and building on their strengths. A strong foundation of skills can help clients find consistent balance and peace throughout life.
I have experience working with active-duty military members, veterans, and their spouses. In addition, I have worked with parents, educators, and women of all ages in various periods of their lives with emphasis on the perinatal stages.
