About me
I understand that making the decision to come to therapy can be a difficult choice. I believe that providing a safe space rooted in mutual respect, trust, and free of judgement is the key to the therapeutic alliance. My approach is focused on helping people reach within, realize, and utilize their strengths,
I'm able to provide competent treatment for children, teens and adults for a vast number of issues that often bring individuals to therapy. My areas of expertise are: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, personality disorders, life adjustment/transition issues, self-esteem challenges, anger management, and dealing with stress.
I utilize a number of evidenced- based techniques such as: cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing in my practice. I describe my work more of a calling than a career and I am eager to help you begin your revival today.
