I meet you with a client-centered approach that puts your needs and goals first.

The relationship between you and your therapist has proven to be the most important element of healing. My therapy style is authentic, collaborative, and strengths-based, assessing the needs and style that will best serve the person. I believe people's strengths are building blocks for future success and problem-solving. People are defined by their capacity for growth and change. I offer reflection and validation that can illuminate your strengths and support you to make changes in life. I believe that each person is unique and my style of treatment caters to their needs.
I have spent the last 10 years working in mental health which has given me a great deal of experience working with clients with various degrees of depression, trauma, and anxiety. I am a practitioner of evidenced based practices such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I have advanced trainings that allow me to work effectively. What I enjoy about these therapies is being able to teach you new skills to deal with your current challenges and promote lasting change.
