At Legacy our goal is to help you find the right therapist to meet your needs. As Legacy therapists, our greatest passion is helping others develop new ways to experience life, accept changes and develop resiliency. We want therapy to happen on your terms, in a space that feels safe and inviting.

At Legacy we have over 30+ combined years of experience in Psychotherapy, treating individuals, couples and families. Our focus and specialties include but are not limited to Depression, Disability, Grief, Trauma, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, TBI, LGBTQIA+ and Family Law issues. Therapists are trained in CBT, DBT, ARC-Grow, Mindfulness and Reiki...to name a few. We are committed to providing interventions that speak to your needs. Together, we will focus on developing trust and connecting to treatment modalities that speak to who you are in ways that resonate with your higher Self. We want to assist you in developing effective communication skills while constructing creative solutions to meet you where you are at.
