About me
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey who is dedicated to helping adolescents, young adults and adults to build a positive relationship with their emotions.
I completed my Master's program in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. Most of my training has been completed in a private practice; however, I also have experience in community mental health and non-profit work. I am currently working toward earning my professional counselor license. I am well versed in LGBTQIA+ issues, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, trauma and chronic illness. My main goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their interpersonal relationships. I welcome the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life!
