Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, self-criticism, fear and judgment. I provide a safe and empathic environment that promotes personal growth and leads to greater happiness.
Many people have unresolved pain from the past and feel stuck in their lives. These issues can cause negative patterns of thinking and get in the way of navigating relationships. I provide a non-judgmental support system in which to explore past and current experiences in order to better understand and make sense of them. I help clients become more aware of self and others and the ways in which negative thought patterns can lead to unhealthy coping strategies.
Life transitions are often stressful and can leave a person feeling overwhelmed. I help clients navigate change and to identify obstacles that may be getting in the way of achieving their goals.
I work with my clients in order to explore new ways of seeing and finding ways to work through issues and facilitate healthier relationships, while creating a happier and more rewarding life.
