Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.

Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a PLPC with a great passion for treating complex trauma wounds, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
As your counselor, I want to empower you to explore and manifest the changes needed to meet your goals. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) in sessions to help clients move forward because I believe our feelings, thoughts, and beliefs all interact and affect our behaviors. If you find yourself stuck and wanting to understand how you reached this state, please contact me.
I believe counseling is a collaborative process with you being the expert on your life and experiences. I firmly believe that by exploring and processing how our thoughts and feelings have developed, we can identify and create new coping skills and solutions.
I enjoy working with clients dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions, and I am trained in EMDR. In this work, I find it extremely important to establish a sense of safety and support for you to express yourself. Please call me so we can see how we can work together. I look forward to hearing from you.
