Heart Centered Therapy helps you connect to what is Essential and True within yourself. It supports you in restoring inner balance, aliveness, peace and meaning in your life and in your relationships. The accumulations of life challenge, stress and trauma create beliefs, emotions and thoughts that become conditioned patterns that cover up and distract you from your ability to be present. These patterns interfere with your sense of self and relationships. Authentic presence returns as the patterns of stress and trauma are integrated restoring a natural vibrancy and aliveness.

My approach integrates body, emotions, mind and spirit. I draw on a combination of Trauma Integration, Somatic Experience, EMDR, Bodynamics, Spiritual Practices, or Equine Assisted Therapy in each session. I have taught meditation classes for 30 years and have had a private practice in Austin Texas for the last 25 years.
